Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at support@goecovita.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right — either through a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care items (such as opened floss picks or pet wipes) cannot be returned unless defective.
